Where are W’bago’s wells?

City sends plan for State’s OK

A plan which took the city of Winnebago several years to complete is finally being sent off to the State of Minnesota for approval....

Why isn't this plan interfaced on the Faribault County GIS site? Oh, we can't have city data on a county site, could we... We might save some money, and there would be a job lost for a bureaucrat.

So the folks who live outside the "yellow " zone have private wells?

How can the state not approve this? It is city generated data from facts "on the ground". Much to do about nothing, other than government bureaucracy, "make work" jobs.

Why aren't the city sewer lines/ private septic systems interfaced on the map?
