Notice is hereby given, that an application for informal probate of the above named decedent’s last will, dated March 17, 1997, has been filed with the Registrar herein, and the application has been granted informally probating such will. Any objections may be filed in the above named Court, and the same will be heard by the Court upon notice of hearing fixed for such purpose.

Notice is hereby further given that informal appointment of Richard L. Pemberton, Sr., whose address is 701 West Cavour Avenue, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537, as personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent has been made. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative and the personal representative is empowered to fully administer the estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of his letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate, unless objections thereto are filed with the Court (pursuant to Section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders.

Notice To Bidders

Notice is hereby given that supplier and contractor bids will be received for the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment and skills required for:

United Hospitals District New Adolescent Treatment Center, Winnebago Minnesota. Project shall be constructed in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc., Architects and Engineers.

Sealed stipulated sum bids will be received at the Classroom of the United Hospital District, 515 South Moore Street, Blue Earth, Mn, 56013 until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 7th, 2009, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Those delivering bids in person at this date and time should use the Moore Street entrance.

Sealed bids sent by mail or delivery service shall be addressed to Jeff Lang, CEO, United Hospital District, 515 South Moore Street, Blue Earth, Mn. 56013, with the outer envelope clearly marked: Bid Enclosed, United Hospital District Adolescent Treatment Center. Facsimile or electronic bids will not be accepted.

Submit bids on bid form provided in the Project Manual. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder that bids are received by the date and time specified, bids received after this date and time will be returned unopened. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 calendar days after opening of bids.

Multiple contracts will be awarded by the owner to suppliers and contractors for work in Divisions including but not limited to: 03 Concrete, 04 Masonry, 05 Metals, 06 Wood and Plastics, 07 Thermal Moisture, 08 Openings, 09 Finishes, 10 Specialties, 11 Equipment, 12 Furnishings, Electrical, Mechanical, Site Work.

Bid Security: Required for all bids exceeding $75,000.00, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or bidder’s bond in the amount of not less than 5% of total bid, as a guarantee that bidder, if awarded a contract, will properly execute the contract.

Performance and Labor/ Material Payment Bonds: Required for all contracts exceeding $75,000.00, for the full contract amount, the cost of which is to be included in Bid Amounts.
