FORECLOSURE SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage dated the 5th day of August, 2005, made and executed by Tami Blakesley, a single woman, as mortgagor, to AgStar Financial Services, FLCA, as mortgagee, filed for record in the office of the County Recorder in and for the County of Faribault and State of Minnesota, on the 9th day of August, 2005, at 1:30 P.M., and recorded as Document No. 333028;

That no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; that there has been compliance with all notice provisions and conditions precedent as required by law; and that the mortgagee or assignee has elected to declare the entire sum secured by the note and mortgage to be immediately due and payable as provided in the note and mortgage;

That the original or maximum principal amount secured by the mortgage was Sixty Thousand One Hundred Sixty and No/100 DOLLARS ($61,160.00);

That there is due and claimed to be due on the mortgage, including interest to date hereof, the sum of Sixty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Seven and 72/100 DOLLARS ($62,327.72);

THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO MICHAEL G. WILLIAMSON AND SARINA M. WILLIAMSON.

1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you. The Plaintiff's Complaint against you is attached to this Summons. Do not throw these papers away. 7. THIS LAWSUIT MAY AFFECT OR BRING INTO QUESTION TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY located in Faribault County, State of Minnesota, commonly known as 127 Higbie Avenue East, Minnesota Lake, Minnesota, and legally described as follows:

Lots Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34) and all of Lot Thirty-two (32) except the North 16 feet thereof in Block Two (2) of South Side Addition to the City of Minnesota Lake according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota

AND

That tract described as the North 16 feet of Lot Thirty-two (32), Block Two (2) of the South Side Addition to the City of Minnesota Lake according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota.

The object of this action is to reform the legal description contained within the mortgage dated October 21, 2011, and recorded with the Faribault County Recorder on October 24, 2011, as document number 356206 to include a legal description of the real property intended by the parties to be encumbered and to declare that the mortgage is valid and perfected lien on the property.

BLUE EARTH AREA SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES

I.S.D. #2860

November 12, 2013

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Blue Earth Area, I.S.D #2860 was held on Monday November 12, 2013 in Blue Earth , MN.

Present were School Board members: J. Haugh, M. Eckhardt, D. Fellows, F. Bly, M. Maher, T. Cahill and S. Ripley.

Also attending were Supt. Gough, members of the press, staff and public.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairperson Bly. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

On an Eckhardt/Fellows motion the board approved the agenda. Unanimous approval.

Public input: Colby Swanson was present representing the Education Association. The topic of conversation was what was being done to improve reading scores and reading fluency for all grades in the K-8 building.

On a Maher/Ripley motion, the board unanimously approved the minutes from the October meeting.

The board unanimously approved ten wire transfers totaling $1,235,587.80. Haugh/Cahill motion.

Chairperson's report: Chairman Bly reported that the technology trip to Sioux Falls, SD., was very informative and worthwhile. The children seemed very engaged with the learning devices. He reiterated his belief that BEA is headed in the right direction by improving our technology infrastructure last year and looking to an initiative next year that will put technology into the hands of kids!

Superintendents Report: Mr. Gough informed the Board that the winter leadership conference is Jan. 16&17 and registration should be in soon. BUCS Nite Out is also fast approaching. The volunteers that it takes to put this event on, is numerous and they are all very busy hustling to get it done. This group does an awesome job and it is all to benefit the kids of BEA!

Committee Reports: Member Eckhardt informed the Board that the next negotiations date is set for Nov. 14.

Principal Reports: Mr. Cue reported that the anti-bullying lyceum went very well and the speaker had a powerful message for the kids that was well received. Mr. Schneider thanked all of the staff and parent members that have helped research the possible move of the 8th grade out to the High School. It is his recommendation at this time to move forward with the move. The next step will be to put numbers to potential staffing changes or additions and research the curriculum further and then bring it back in January to the Board.

Technology Report: Jenn Berkner and Jennifer Lund were present to share with the Board all of the ways the staff uses technology in the classroom. The available chromebooks and I-pads are all used often and are really embraced by the staff and students.

Action Items:

The Board unanimously approved the Audit report that was presented by Clifton Larson Allen on a Maher/Fellows motion.

On a Cahill/Eckhardt motion, the Board unanimously approved membership in the Minnesota Rural Education Association.

On a Cahill/Ripley motion, the Board unanimously approved Kevin Grant to be designated LEA Representative for BEA.

The following Resolution to withdraw from the South Central Conference and to join the newly created Big South Conference was passed on a Maher/Haugh motion. Voting in favor were: Ripley, Fellows, Eckhardt, Bly, Cahill, Haugh and Maher.

The winter coaching list was approved on a Haugh/Ripley motion.

A Resolution of Amendment to the District's Flexible Benefit Plan was approved on a Fellows/ Eckhardt motion. Those voting in favor were: Ripley, Fellows, Eckhardt, Bly, Cahill, Haugh and Maher.

Personnel:

A leave from Stacy Hearn was approved on a Haugh/Cahill motion.

A resignation from Mandi Winter was approved on a Haugh/Cahill motion.

On a Cahill/Maher motion, the board was dismissed at 8:00pm
