Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing of the Faribault County Economic Development Authority at Heartland Retreat and Rental Hall, 203 E. North St. Elmore, MN 56027 on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the following resolution:

A RESOLUTION REPEALING AND REPLACING THE FARIBAULT COUNTY

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BYLAWS

The Faribault County EDA will hold a Public Hearing to repeal the by-laws of the Faribault County EDA and adopt an amended version of the by-laws. Copies of the by-laws will be on file and available at the County EDA Office, 415 S. Grove St. Suite 4 Blue Earth, MN 56013.
