AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SUBSECTION 410.15,
SUBD. 2 OF THE ELMORE CITY CODE
REGULATING MINORS ON PREMISES LICENSED
FOR ON SALE LIQUOR
OPERATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Elmore does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION I.
Subsection 410.15, Subd. 2 is hereby amended to state the following:
410.15, Subd. 2. Persons between the ages of 10 and 21 may enter a licensed premises to work, consume meals on premises, attend social functions that are held in a portion of the premises where liquor is not sold or to purchase pre-packaged individual snacks and/or canned/bottled soft drinks only. If a minor enters the premises to purchase said snacks or soft drinks, said minor must exit the licensed premises immediately upon completion of said transaction unless also accompanied by some family member who is over age 21. No person under the age of 10 shall enter a licensed premises unless accompanied by a person aged 21 or older and responsible for said person or person under age 10.
SECTION II.
This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days from its passage and publication.

PUBLIC and FINAL HEARING CANCELED
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the final hearing on the redetermination of benefits and damages and engineer’s report of findings on the effect of the proposed repair of Judicial Ditch #2 scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2020, at Hamilton Hall is canceled. The hearing will be rescheduled after planting season. Notice will be published and mailed to affected landowners when the hearing is rescheduled. If you have questions call the Drainage Department at 507-526-2388 or Auditor’s Office at 507-526-6211.
